Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–7 business days. This includes time for production, packaging, and fulfillment. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:
- USA & Canada: 5–10 business days after fulfillment
- Europe: 5–12 business days after fulfillment
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days after fulfillment
These are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. You will see the total shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.
Delivery Issues
Healing Mates is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please double-check your address before placing an order.
Tracking and Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors. If it's still missing, contact us and we’ll do our best to help investigate. However, we are not responsible for items lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
International Orders
Customs and import duties may apply to international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. Healing Mates is not responsible for any delays or fees imposed by your local customs office.
