Returns and Refunds

We accept returns only for defective or damaged items. To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order.

Reporting a Defective or Damaged Item
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please use the contact method provided during checkout or in your order confirmation. You’ll be asked to provide photographic evidence. Once reviewed, we’ll confirm whether your request qualifies for a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not offer returns or refunds for the following:

  • Wrong size, color, or quantity ordered
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products

Return Process
If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable. Do not send items back without authorization—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time. If it has been over 15 business days since approval, please contact us via our support portal.
